Exposure to moist air , and is easy to deliquescence, easily weathered in dry air and become white powder.Specific gravity 1.45, melting point 58 ℃, lose crystal water at 123 ℃, and become anhydrous sodium acetate. This product is soluble in water, slightly soluble in ethanol.
